Shiny New Clubs

Went to American Golf last night to pick up my shiny new custom fitted X20's as per a previous post. Was sad to hand over my old clubs which have served me as faithful companions for the last few years. Got the box home and got the shiny new sticks out still wrapped in their platic wrapping. I carefully unpacked each one and they are sitting in my bag all bright shiny and new. They have no memeories of my poor swing and do not know where the trees and bunkers are on my course. The batteries are fully charged and I'm off to the range about 1.30 to test them out

In my opinion there is nothing wrong but it has been a hot topic of somewhat heated debate recently so my warning was a bit tongue in cheek

I thought custom fit was for people over 6'4" or under 5'5"? the reason being is that off the shelf are designed for the middle height and the rest is just sales bull from the major stores?

Parmo again you have just lit the blue fuse wire and steps away, remember if it kicks off again guys keep it clean and no low blows!

Good luck with the new Irons mate, nothing better than the new Iron feeling, well in golf anyway.

I hit these and they were really easy hit. Gave quite a high ball flight.

X20's are a proper decent set of irons without a doubt.
does anyone know if they're much better than the X18s

I would love a decent set of irons, either the x18s or x20s, just wish I had the spare cash to get some.

Homer - hope it went well. I have X20s (Ladies' obviously) and couldn't be happier with them (as oppose to my technique!) - feel soft as a feather - and that fit was worth it - obviously!
Pants weather down here - confined to barracks since Wed and no let-up insight.

Have had the X20 for a year brought them off the self from AG. They are a great clubs you will not be disappointed good luck with them

I though Callaway were fitted with Uniflex shafts which is meant to be the shaft for all?
