Played 14 holes yesterday before rain and bad light stopped play. At the end of 14 holes was +14 due to 3 doubles, 8 bogies and 3 pars. Was a good game where the mid irons did not behave but was 2 putt or less on every hole.

1st hole(P5): Blinding opening drive measured at 278y. Next 3 hybrid that stopped outside the green due to the mud. Duffed chip(s) to finish with a bogie

4th hole (long P4, SI 1): Bad drive, recover, 3rd shot high 82y pitch to 3 feet of flag.. par

6th hole (downhill P3): Went short and duff, duff, duff.. Double bogie

13th hole (long narrow P5, SI 2).. okish drive, great 2nd, 92 y approach to a uphill green within 7feet of flag... Par.

What a game, where you Par the most difficult holes and then double a Par 3... heartbreaker..

Just as well you didn't hit the green on the 6th as all I remember on that hole at this time of year is digging my ball out of it's pitch mark

I did indeed have a couple of embedded eggs during the round..
