Sharpro v Golf pride

Hey guys,
you are probably all sick of me by now but oh well
Are there any real differences between both their multicompounds?????
They both look identical but the sharpro are half the price???
I like the look of the GP's but dont have the money... would the sharpros be a bad move?

Just buy the sharpros then, you are reading way too much into this subject. I'm surprised you can even stand up on the first tee to hit a Beachball nevermind a golfball, seeing how much you analyse things.

5 out of the 6 players were using the black Lamkin crossline. For some reason i had the idea these grips were really hard but they werent! I asked for a look and a hold and they felt really nice. They were soft but still grippy. Alot better than my original taylormade rubbish.
Looks like i am getting my whole set fitted with these!

Why not just buy one for your wedge or driver as a taster, fit it and see what you think? If you like it buy the set if not it will not cost a fortune to change back to the golf pride.

I asked the same question jsut a couple of weeks ago in the "ask an expert" forum.

I bought one of each but it's a bit too early to say. I am leaning towards the Golf pride ones slightly but not enough to justify £4 a grip. Both were crap in the monsoon at the weekend

Some e-bay sellers will sell multiple Golf Pride ones at a cheaper rate. Be careful who you buy from though. Make sure it is a registered business seller as there are a lot of fakes

Why not just fit a diff grip to all 14 clubs. That way YOU can decide which ones YOU like.

Grips are a personal thing.

Just suck it and see.

Just buy http://gamolagolf.co.uk/acatalog/Golf_Grip_Kit_for_Full_Set_of_Clubs.html ffs and be done with it. I'm a fussy git and they're good enough for me so you'll be fine. The sharpros are as cheap as they are for a reason - they're almost as crap as your grip threads are annoying.
