When you say sharp, do you mean low bounce?

Our course is devoid of grass and I am doing fine with 10* bounce, I can even flop my 14* bounce 56* wedge off a fairly poor lie.

I would spend the cash on lessons to improve technique rather than buy a new club.

But the Cleveland RTX wedges (what I use) are superb from all lies.

You will only get to use them a few weeks a year in the summer.

I used to have these before changing to Miura, great wedges - can pick them up at a decent price now too.

I use the wilson staff fg tour 52 56 60 and they sit quite tight to the turf.

52 has 8 degree bounce
56 has 12
60 has 8

I have them great wedges nearly as good as the classic 588's and great value at present.
Plenty of articles on bounce in all mags at present to help workout what suits you best.
