Looking at buying myself a SLDR driver, but think the stock shaft might be a little soft. I have a Tour AD shaft in my current driver, and I was wondering if it is possible to change the adaptor from a titleist from a titleist?

Yes it is possible the trickiest part is getting the adaptor "pulled" off the shaft at present easy to fit a TM adaptor once shaft is clear.

Yes, the Surefit adapter can be easily removed with the correct equipment.
You shouldn't try this yourself unless you have a shaft puller and know what you're doing - hand pulling will most likely ruin the shaft and a Tour AD DI (assuming it's that version of the Tour AD) is not a shaft you want to ruin.

I also found the standard shaft a wee bit soft and upgraded. Might also be worth selling the current shaft with the Titleist driver and looking on E-Bay for the same shaft with SLDR Tip fitted : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tour-AD-D...oods_Golf_Club_Components&hash=item4d1cb8f8c9
