Wish someone would dig through the archives over the last 20 years and create a DVD of his magic shot making. The Seve DVD doesn't have enough footage, I'm sure the BBC have got plenty of it stored away......

Yes I thought that lots of footage of people describing shots he played without seeing that many of the shots

a fairly poor dvd would argue that there isn't the footage, don't forget the BBC has a habit of taping over classic material (and having a very dog-in-a-manger attitude if anyone offered to buy it).

I have just watched Seve and Peter Allis and I must say that it was a very humbling program. Seve will receive an incredible welcome in St Andrews next year.

Was it just me or is Peter Allis starting to look quite frail too walking around Seve's place

I liked his comment about in bad times "sometimes all you can do is open your umbrella and wait for the rain to stop."

I guess that must be how radiation therapy feels, I am thinking he had just had a session that is why he looked frailer walking round his house with Peter, than he did on the range.

I really hope he gets through this the world needs men like Seve in it.

One last point how cocky did his son appear just like his Dad

Great program and some humbling moments,liked too the umberella quote and the invite to the makers of his cars!

Hopefully he will make it to St Andrews but there is not a hope in hell he will be pegging it up.Maybe it would be a nice touch for Seve to get The Open underway with the 1st drive.....would be ideal,even he couldn't miss the fairway!

I too thought Seve looked very frail. Heart of a lion and a genuine hero but I do hope his body improves sufficiently to tee it up at the Old Course.
