Anyone have experience with these or the Superstrong with Proforce 65 shafts?

I'm getting rid of my 20* Baffler due to the stiff shaft not suiting my game.

Having got MD wedges I love the quality and was thinking I could save a bit and still get a good club. Was thinking of getting 18* to fill the gap between my 3W and 4i.

Play with a man (off 12) who just bought a 3 &4 iron replacement - he managed a personal best first time out and slotted in 4 2's in 2 rounds so he is having great sucess - he even admitted that they are the best clubs he has ever used.

Agree with Scouser, the Superstrong hybrid (and 3 wood) are really great in my opinion.

Strong votes for the superstrong. I'm pretty sure the Seve Icon is a very similar club.

Spotted a deal for 3 (18,21,24) Seve Icons for £109. I think that I'd probably be a fool to pass up on that one. I wait to see if anyone else has any opion on the MD hybrids before I commit though.

Where did you ge them? Dunluce Golf are the biggest suppliers of MD in UK and also seem to have bargains galore. I have bought from them in the past and very good service.

Customprogolf has the 2010 Seve Icon hybrid set for £99 with free delivery.

I can vouch for the MD clubs. I have a 21* EQL hybrid, a 18* Superstrong hybrid and a 15* Superstrong 3 wood. All great clubs. I love the EQL and I don't think they make it any more and mine looks a bit bashed up now.

If I could find a deal on a 18,21 & 24* set of EQLs I would snap them up to replace my well used EQL, my superstrong hybrid and my 5-iron.

I got them from customprogolf.co.uk. Dunluce didn't have anything close to matching their price. £99 delivered a whole £10 cheaper than they are doing them on ebay. So that's £33 per club.

Very impressed. Received an email an hour after ordering to say they'd been collected. Will probably arrive tomorrow with any luck.

Very impressed with CustomPros service. Arrived this morning just after 10am. I ordered them yesterday at 3.30pm so less than 24 hours to get to me. I honestly couldn't have got to a shop that stocked them any quicker!

You would be hard pressed to beat Dunluce or Custom Pro Golf if you want MD gear. You'd be looking at £45 all in with the stiff shaft. If there is anyone else you know looking ones then getting together and contacting CPG they could probably do the bulk deal even if lofts required are the same. Excellent customer service from those guys.

Chopped both of them in today I got £40.00 each on trade in, I paid less than that for them new so I got a Taylormade Burner 2.0 3i hybrid. I only put a tenner towards it I'm delighted.
