Me and my partner played our doubles matchplay tie and won narrowly. Before the match my partner assured me he had checked my handicap so I played off twenty one as usual. It was only at the end that I realised I had been cut in the previous comp and as such received an extra stroke on a hole I won. Should the tie be replayed or are we DQ'd

Yeah iv already told the guys we were playing but none of us really knew what to do. clutching at straws now and I think I know the answer but does that mean we are runners up or just kicked out?

Sympathetic to your situation, but why go check after the event. Check before and there is no doubt. Oh, if your partner checked, how did he get it wrong. I take it your not sure of the HC system.

No I (usually!) know what I'm doing I just got there late and my partner had already written up everyone's shots on scorecards and told me that I was still of twenty one. Ah well at least I got a cut!!!
