Hi all,
I recentley sold my Ping putter on ebay. The putter had some light marks on it which were shown in the pics and where described. However the buyer who has now received the putter says he would like a refund as its not a genuine Ping club.
However, I bought the club from a Ping dealer brand new and the serial number is legitimate so what can I do? The same dealer offered me a trade in value of more than what I sold for ebay, but I have since bought a putter elsewhere.
I have explained to the buyer that I am concerned that the club is fake and that to verify his findings, and he can prove the club is fake I will give him a full refund.
Is it just me or is ebay a pain in the a$$?
