A playing partner has an M2 3 Wood (original model) which was purchased 2nd hand from eBay about 2 months ago. The club was/is in great nick apart from a small mark/crack that has appeared on the crown, an inch or so away from the face. When you run a finger over it it does feel like a crack and has not been caused naturally through ball striking, or by user error.

So, are there any options re warranty, return/repair with TM given that the club was purchased 2nd hand?

Thanks all

Ask Taylor Made.
You will no doubt get a few answers on here but the only relevant answer will be from the manufacturer.

This is exactly what happened to mine (see other thread).

All TM clubs have a 2 year warranty but they state they require proof of purchase

But guarantees and warranties are not transferable, they stay with the original buyer as that is the only contract of sale.

The only chance you could get some leeway is if there is a known fault and some case history of that said fault, then there's an opportunity, otherwise it would only be a goodwill gesture from TM.

Seems to be quite a few cases, just reading this forum.

If it was bought from a business you can expect reasonable useful life. If from an individual you are on your own unless TM take pity.
