Ive had it for a few years now and its looking a bit neglected, a couple of the coloured letterings are falling out and the actual putter needs refinished due to the surface shedding its shineyness. Is there anyone in the UK that can refinish, is it worth the expense or should I have a crack at it myself?

I doubt there's anyone out there who specifically restres knackered golf clubs. Just out of interest, why do you want to do this?

Its looking tired and have been told that it can be sent back to Scotty Camerons facilities and they can refurb it. Its a putter that requires oiling and as such is a very delicate putter, a few years of use has taken its toll, no actual functional damage, just cosmetics.

If it still performs just as well I'd stick with it as is. Otherwise you are probably looking at a good few weeks without a putter??

we are heading towards turkey shoot season, probably the best time of the year to be without it, I could live with using a cheapo one, maybe even make me more appreciative of the SC. :D

What sort of price would you reckon? the putter i still worth 70-100 id say so it couldnt be too expensive otherwise id just put up with it then eventually replace it.
as an aside, i dropped my headcover (the grey one with a few bits of red writing) and some dirtbag never handed it in in the 4 ball behind us.

I had a cameron studio design putter looking a bit tired, took it to american golf who sent it to cameron in the us for refurb, cost 70 quid but came back absolutely brand new and with new cover and divot tool
