Hi I was given a Scottsdale Anser Ping Putter to sell on eBay from my dad. However I have no idea about it, would anyone be able to tell me if its worth anything? and any other information about it? Another question is that the handle/stick (sorry I do not know anything about golf) is damaged and quite short it seems, does this matter?
(I have attatched pictures)

I Would really appreciate this, thank you.

:)

ps. Someone on ebay said "is not a true useable putter. It is a measuring putter to see what size putter you need" and also that it was made from beryllium nickel and so could be quite valuable. Also that the original putter with this head was a limited addition. Is this true does anyone know?

That's a Scottsdale nickel Anser circa 1998 and if a useable length >33" and with a decent grip & complete shaft band, worth about £50-60 on a good day. There are a couple on that auction site right now. The hole in the shaft suggests it was previously used as a fitting putter.

I have the same putter, wonderful balance.
