Won a golf tournament recently and received a scottish golf union voucher than can be redeemed in retail stores
I am actually purchasing a club from a pro shop which means I am going to have to send the voucher to them.
As I have never had one before I am not sure what details are required on the section which is to be completed by the person who's name is on the voucher.
The exact wording is -
1 ......................... of ...................................... hereby certify I have exchanged this voucher in the terms of the conditions 1-8 herof in accordance with the rules of the amateur status
I presume the first but is my name but it's the second bit that I am not sure if I need to put my home town or my local course I am a member off that is to go in there?
I just want to make sure I have filled it out correctly before sending it off to save any hassle of them having to send it back if it's been done incorrectly.
