Well wouldn't we all love something from someone even vaguely like a bit of vintage Kenny Dalglish - either goal would do but what about the second...ah well - the future is bright...though we still lost that one.

I'm thinking the only similarity between 1982 and tomorrow may be that wee Gordie is involved in both.

Can't see us getting anything, Belgium arena pretty handy side at the moment.

As long as we put in another promising performance, particularly in terms of keeping the ball and looking to make some chances I'll be happy.

Quite impressed with what Strachan has been looking to do thus far so more of the same :)

If we had any central defenders with pace I'd be a bit happier right enough!

Stay organised, work hard and play for each other - sounds like what Strachan is looking for. The Belgians look really useful - their squad depth may not be up there with the very best but my goodness they will have some cracking players on the bench tomorrow night.

I remember the Kenny 2nd goal so well - and look at the players congratulating him - Souness, Archibald, McLeish, Narey, Strachan, Frank Gray - and did I see Jim Bett fleetingly.

was it only 31 yrs ago :(

Belgium have some quality footballers, they are my tip for a surprise in the world cup and the next euro's. They are my "second" nation now i work for a Belgian company and spend a lot of time there and speak to Belgians every day. They are almost as crazy as the Dutch! Should be a good game, but i think Scotland will struggle if i'm honest. Good luck though my north of the border friends! I can't imagine that Hampden full up is a welcoming place for an away team so make the 12th man count!

We always seem to do well against the better teams so I'm calling it close, draw or 1 goal in it,hopefully Rhodes starts as the boy is a goal machine, can't believe no top flight side has not signed him up!

Thought Scotland did OK consider the level of opposition. With due deference to England, that was the toughest opponent Strachan has faced as Scotland boss...their squad is very good, technically sound, physically massive and play decent football.

Wrt to Scotland, we need to find new full backs and Forrest is not impressing me.In Scott Brown we have a player that wouldn't look out of place in any Scotland team, imo.
