Thought some of you may be interested that Santander were offering 0% on purchases for 18 month on their credit card.

Interest free loan to buy a set of Ping i25's? Yes please! :)

Means I can just do without coffees/takeaways for a while but not miss out on other things, and with Birthday and Christmas left this year, shouldn't be a problem to get it paid off well in advance of 18 months.

Love a 0% credit card. I always get one when I fancy something new :) currently have a car paid for on one. I know people will say don't buy it if you can't afford it but I can more than cover the monthly payments to make sure it's paid off in time so I don't see a problem.

Go on, treat yourself :)

Enough people don't pay it back that these sucker people in. Just don't be one of them.

Or just use direct golfs 6 9 or 12 month 0% interest finance deal saves getting a card that could lead to other things

To answer all so far (problems with my browser it seems, so can't reply with quotes):

Jon321 - you're right!

Joff - agreed, and my wife won't let me be one of them!

Virtuocity - DD is the way forward alright.

Beggsy - I want to support my pro, who's price matching the bets price I've found, and he's going to hopefully by my old set to use as rentals, so i25's will be even cheaper. Plus, see the wife comment above!

Homer - Cheers, and good advice... also see the wife comment!

I've been hitting the 7 iron regularly up at the range in both the Project X and CFS shaft. Leaning towards CSF, but will reserve judgement until I've hit the KBS shafts too. Really not sure I need to go down the route of hard or soft stepping, but will wait to see what my pro says on Sunday.
