Samsung TV smart hub.

Every time I try and access an app via the smart hub I get an error message saying it's updating, but it's been like this for a few days now.

Anyone else with a Samsung had this issue and been able to fix it?
 
Not had this, tried hard power off for 2 mins, reboot router, check tv has an ipaddress on router, reset network settings... all I can think of...
 
Haven't they discontinued the Smart hub and replaced it with the Smart View app? What does the Smart Hub do?

Not very much at the moment.
I only ever used it as that was where the Amazon prime app was.
Sadly the you view box can't access prime.
I have a search on the web tomorrow.
Just fancied catching up a series tonight as the rest of the TV schedule was crap.
 
I don't have a Samsung but just bought daughter a Panny for Xmas. First thing I did was connect it to the network and do a system update.

Is there an option in the TV settings for that?

Everything up to date and all connected to Internet via wire, so not a WiFi issue.
Just the hub not working and stuck in a loop.

Off to bed to read a book :-(
