Ok, This is really trivial....

The USA team revealed their daily uniforms last week, but nothing yet from Team Europe (apart from a twitter photo from Poults of his rack of shirts)

Are they dithering "does my bum look big in this?"

Thought Europe normally never reveal anything until they wear them ?

I'd put money on a Navy and White uniform for the sunday singles again....

They look like the top half of that nasty suit Rory and Poulter were both caught wearing recently. Bit surprised Poulter hasn't got the gig to kit them out from his range, surely he'd do them a discount. ;)

They have official outfits for each practice day!!! Jeez, someone has too much time on their hands. Or is determined to leave no stone unturned when it comes to an opportunity to flog stuff to gullible golfers. I bet even the Premier League are looking on in admiration at the depths they are going to try and flog stuff on the back of a sporting occasion.

Thanks love, it's just what I always wanted, a replica European Ryder Cup day 1 Practice shirt. Not even one used in the actual match, but just on one practice day. I can now look like Stephen Gallagher when he played a practice round 3 days before the actual match started. You shouldn't have....

So the players and support guys have at least 6 complete golfing wardrobes for each day covering every possible weather etc... plus outfits for non golf wear and media events, what happens to it all

The players will never wear it again, I guess some would keep the odd top etc in their collections, some might be raffled off or given to their affiliate club/course but what happens to the rest?

Those jackets get 'untailored' and turned into tea-towels that the pattern was originally designed for!

Hard to lose and no souvenir hunter is going to nick one though!

that's just the players clothes then there the odd goodie bag from rolex and the like plus the Wags are rumoured to have had around 20k worth of uniforms and accessories last time around. But they don't get paid for playing :mmm:

Lot of them go to charity

Wonder who got the contract for USA waterproofs this time!

I'm sure they have been tested in a bathroom power shower before ordering

Presumably the players will keep the odd souvenir and the rest will get signed and donated to charity auctions/club auctions etc. The gear will be supplied for free by the "authorised clothing supplier" and charities benefit so everyone wins. I would be very surprised if this is not the case, golf is pretty good in this area, but I don't know for fact. Maybe someone can enlighten us for certain.
