Got an email today to say that Me & Imurg have been allocated a ticket each in the Ryder Cup Ballot

They are Ground Tickets for Friday 1st Oct which is the first day of play.

I thought Fantastic, then I saw the price £100 each, plus parking, petrol etc

Im now thinking, if it is worth it.

What do you lot think?

Me and the wife have got sat & sun, so £460 for both days + transport and looks like would have to stay in Bristol so extra cost for trains back and forth.

You drivin' or am I?

I 'won' tickets on the ballot for the K Club and to be honest was pretty disappointed with the experience - final days play and saw very little golf, the course was not very spectator friendly and far too expensive for what it is. Nice to say you've been but if I were you I would save the money on the tickets and take the wife and yourself for a nice weekend somewhere and actually play some golf and have some nice dinners as opposed to watching golf and eating overpriced food from the back of catering lorries.

Me and a mate have got 2 tickets through the ballot for Sunday £130 each.
Now got to sort out travel by car or train?
Go up on the Saturday and stay in a holiday inn or the like for 2 nites.
Have a round somewhere on Monday (any suggestions??)
Come home Monday evening.

Im peeved got an email saying congratulations i thought great, however only got allocated practice day tuesday 28/09/10,how can that be i entered a ballot for competition days.I could have brought these tickets anytime i feel conned.
