bloomin awful customer service.

ordered a couple of shirts as xmas presents which still haven't turned up (its been a couple of weeks) so rang up to see if they could track the orders.

All they were able to tell me is that they have left their warehouse, and if they haven't turned up by the 30th, they will send me a form through which I can attempt to claim back my money.

Marvellous that. I'm now £100 down, and still need to go xmas shopping! Livid here.
