I have a Fairfx pre-paid card that has enabled me to book with various companies and either avoid or get a reduction on the charges made for using your card to book flights etc but Ryanair are closing this avenue down and are proclaiming that the only way around it is to buy a Ryanair pre-paid card.....................not so,there is a sting in the tail as you can read here...

I will never use them again they are thieves and a whole lot more

They made us sit and wait for 5 hours at Gatwick last year after flying in from Florida coz they absolutely refused to allow us to change flights from our booked one at 1pm to the earlier one at 9am(our flight from Florida was 1 and half hours early) despite the fact the flight was half empty.

Their reason?? We had, as they tell you to do or they will charge you, booked in online before going to airport.

They told us it was impossible to change flights but when asked "what if i was late for my original flight" they replied "we can change your flight to a later one"

So they can change it to a later flight but not to an :Dearlier one

Using them for the trip to forrest of arden in birmingham, only reason been they are the only ones flying back at the time we need , our son is 1 on friday the 14th, the day after the comp so i wana come home on the thur night to be here fri morning , aerlingus last flight is too early so i had to use this shower,flights were cheap alright but €80 for the clubs? , robbers

Flight home is not til 10 Homer, i think we be ok ha ha well i hope so as we away at 11.10 ha
 
I couldn't agree more. I've never had the pleasure of using this outfit of "add-on-kings" and have no intention of ever doing so. This is their latest scheme to get their own way by stealth.

I'm surprised anyone uses them at all.
