Bought 'The Mrs' a couple of flights abroad for next year for Chrissy present and booked the accommodation yesterday, none refundable to receive a better price.

Also booked an overnight stay at Airport Hotel with parking.

Woke this morning feeling pretty smug and know the wife would be pleased. Opened my mail and whoops Ryanair had changed the flights by 23 hours. What a bomber; now the difficulty begins in trying to rearrange everything.

Really brasses me off when Airlines quote Operational Reasons.

I feel for you, they are an appalling company who seem to think that because they are marginally cheaper they can treat treat their customers like dogs doo doo's. We always fly BA if we can, it isn't always much dearer and a wholly better experience.

Good luck sorting the mess out and have a good Christmas.

Couldn't agree more Chris, by the time you add on the cost of drinks, the fee to use the toilet and all the other incidentals the saving, which is minimal, isn't worth the aggravation.

They did the same to my daughter, changed the flight by 23 hours with no recourse.
She lost a whole day of an already short holiday.
I would sooner crawl on hand & knee over broken glass than fly with this cowboy outfit.

Bugga wish I'd not read this now, I've booked and paid for 16 of us to go to Dublin for a stag do for a weekend in june using these will be pi$$ed off if they do that to us as its already a short enough trip as it is.

Couldn't bear to give that arrogant, conceited ass O'Leary a single penny so have never and plan to never fly Ryanair.

Any chance you could fly with someone else that can fit the schedule and apply to Ryanair for a refund?

Yep they will give us a refund but it is just the hassle. Whether the hotel were we have pid upfront will help and the hotel at the Airport. Think it is fair to say you get what you pay for!

Ryanair have always treated their customers as fare paying cattle, so I avoid flying with them if I possibly can. In fact if animals were treated the same way the RSPCA would be on their case in no time!

Except this bit is not actually true.

I have flown with then a fair few times and find them fine,I know the extras so stay away from them. You do have a choice.
