I don't think a celeb winning damages against a newspaper is particularly worthy of note, but I thought it was worth a mention due to his no doubt deliberate demonstration of irony as well as his generosity to donate the damages he received from the Sun on Sunday to the Hillsborough Justice campaign...

I'll disagree, I think it is newsworthy as newspapers shouldn't get away with the lies they print. The sooner these rags start printing proper news and move away from 'womens mag territory' of salacious gossip about celebs the better imo.
