Had a brief look and generally quite impressed. It attempts to lead the user through lots of scenarios using real life examples and clear explanations. I particularly like the way it emphasises consideration for others, pace of play, care of the course ("try to leave the course in the same, or in better condition than you find it" etc). It's quite interactive and is certainly more likely to keep the users attention than books and pamphlets.....especially young golfers.
On the negative side, you have to register which will put some off and it is perhaps a little overwhelming when you first log in and you have to just jump in and use it when it all becomes clear.
Overall, a really good tool for anyone new(ish) to golf to quickly pick up the basics. Clubs should certainly be incorporating stuff like this into their welcome packs and junior programmes.
