A while back we had a thread on the subject, well mainly on rubber neckers, nt sure if anyone else saw this but it looks like the police and highways agency are doing something about it

Great idea, nothing gets me more angry than having to queue to see a crashed car on the other side of the road! i did like this comment though:

These fence panels are available on ebay for £40 each. How come the tax payer is getting screwed £733 for each panel.
