I would like to get hold of a scorecard for Royal Norwich Golf Club and also for Weston Park Golf Club, Norwich. Scans would be fine. Can anyone help please.

meh....not a fan of the place personally. The improvements to other courses nearby will certainly outweigh it's closure imo

Have to agree, always walk off their thinking oh yes it's ok...

Not the best track around.

Will be interesting to see how the new place goes.

A good few members have left Weston and joined Barnham, a few have said after how they have been treated they will never go back.

Yeah, we have picked up a few as well from Weston. Haven't played there for a while either...but money being pumped in!

Would say Thetford, Kings Lynn, possibly Eaton/Bawburgh/Costessey Park would be on the list also, isn't one stand out non links course in Norfolk imo.

Kings lynn in nice but always boggy in the winter. Been a while since i played the others mind.

The Suffolk (now All Saints) in Fornham lost a lot to you but i'm sure they will be back in droves after they see what the new owner has done to it :).

Non-links/clifftop courses are decent enough around here but not the main reason to play... I enjoyed Lynn whilst I was a member but the greens don't get enough light in the winter, Weston has always showed potential to be something special (perhaps the new regime and ££ will finally make the difference) but I wouldn't look further than Thetford - always in good nick and nice folks. Need to arrange a practice round now I think about it as I've got two county comps this year there - hurrah!

Come to Norfolk though and hit the coast* :whoo:

Yup, friend (and my pro) works there. Plans are great, and I'm contemplating it for next years membership!
