Don't worry. I look like I couldn't knock the skin off custard. (At that moment,I probably couldn't.)
Time to attend to the folow-through, methinks!
I reckon everyone else looks pretty tidy in the circumstances.

Ali, a great diagnosis.
If you can finish the swing up on your right toe so that anyone standing behind you can see ALL your spikes, you will hit it alot further and straighter.
Pretend your in Holywood, pose and smile :)

Cheers bobmac- I think you have just repeated advice from the last pro I saw.
I think I do it better when not in the limelight, but that might be wishful thinking!

Great video's, gutted i missed it.

Hywell, did you have a bit of trouble getting your tee in the ground?

Great to see everyones pre-shot routines, backwwoodsman, i'm intrigued, as someone who struggles with allignment i'm going to try that routine.

I can only speak for myself. But that ain't my swing! It's flippin' awful. There is just so much wrong with it. I'll put it down to first hole nerves and 2 cameras. (Well, and my lack of ability!) Not surprising the ball hooked left! Mind you still got 2 points on the hole though!

Where did the Editors drive end up??

Under something low and well to the right judging by everyone's reaction? :o

Homer - too much posing on the follow through in Tiger red ;)

Hey Hapless, I have seen ALOT WORSE in my time and I mean that.
There is one thing I'd like to say, the next time you go to the range, try this.
When the swing has finished, try and keep the weight on the INSIDE of your left foot. This will hopefully stop your left foot spinning out at the end of the swing which causes other problems I wont mention here.
HTH :)

I very narrowly avoided three water hazards with my low ugly pull
1 - nearly hit tree about 70 yards from tee which would have plopped it down into a big pond
2. skirted round a ditch about 50 yards from the green
3 finished pin high 30 yards left but could easily have rolled on into another ditch
Quite happy with my four given what could have happened!

Now....about the longest drive

thats the first time I've ever seen my swing, I didn't realise I didn't turn my right foot at all! I was stiff as a board with nerves though!

Well, seeing ask you're asking Bob I don't like to disappoint...

Stood on the 16th tee facing a fairway slightly narrower with than a knat's chuff with OOB all up the left and a landing area about 20 yards wide at the 250 mark I delved into the old memory banks and remembered a good tip about control my old friend Sergio Garcia (soory slipped into Bill Elliott mode there) gave me when we went to do a shoot with him in Spain

"If you have to hit the fairway then tee the ball down and make a full but smooth swing. Don't try to steer it and commit to the shot."

I did what the man told me and was more than pleasantly surprised with the results.

Neil Tappin was there with Sergio too on the shoot but I don't think he was listening as he blocked his shot miles right

I only say this as I am enjoying my five mins of fame - as one of the office's shorter hitters (Tappin can be anything up to 100 yards past me) this will most likely be the one and only long drive I win especially with Tappin in the field

First time I have ever seen my swing on video , very intresting , I thought I had half a swing , but this time I did not even take it back a quater. Plaenty too work on but still a cracking day.

Please do , I am one of the ones who does not know what this invention is ? If it helps count me in for 1.
