Any gamers picked up a copy of this?

I got mine today for the Xbox One and have had a few rounds. So far I think it's pretty good, gone are the loading times and the graphics are awesome. It does seem a little light on courses and playable golfers at the moment, no doubt EA will try and catch people with DLC further down the line.

From the reviews I've read the online side of things is a bit of a let down compared to the previous Tiger Woods incarnations however this isn't something that I bought this game for particularly.

Yep although have only played a couple of quick rounds so can't comment on depth etc

Yes but not like it used to be by all accounts, sounds like you can finish it in an hour or so

From what I hear The Golf Club is pretty safe capturing the sim end (until we see what Perfect Golf becomes). Its still the same arcade golf going by reviews.

This is coming from TGC forums which might be biased (maybe?) but without a serious course design mode RM15 looks limited. I can play a new great course twice a week on TGC, its literally endless fun! Ive even made a course myself that is rated 8.3/10

I have kept an eye on The Golf Club and have been seriously interested in purchasing, but held off due to RM15 and wanting to see what the reviews were like. After seeing the reviews I do think that The Golf Club is the golf game I will be purchasing for my Xbox One.

The gameplay is really solid but there are a lot of features missing
So long as they add more games modes and basically revert to all the extras in tiger woods games it will be excellent.

I'm holding out buying this for the meantime, I played Game Golf a lot this week and really enjoyed it, Chambers Bay was a nightmare
Looks like there's been an update in Game Golf for a Season mode by the looks of it but I couldn't get connected to the servers via the hotel wi-fi to try it.

Bought it on PS4 as had nothing to play when I finished Batman. Quite hard with pro swing but going to persevere
