Extra sub in FA Cup

.have read that an extra sub to be introduced for extra time this year. Good idea I think. May mean people go for it rather than stall for penalties

Sounds potentially a good idea... Anything that reduces the chances of a penalty shoot out has to be a step in the right direction..

Subject to international approval but the idea has merit

I don't like it. It means those with big squads and good players on the bench will have a massive advantage.
