Doesn't seem to be out for Android yet but I'm sure it will follow.
I have reloaded the R&A RoG app on my iPhone and it seems to show the latest 2016 version of the rules.

iPhones don't use Android
I've tried it on a tablet computer which definitely does run Android, and you can download the RoG as a pdf file which gives you everything you need to know.

Excuse my ignorance, but how easy and effective is the navigation for a pdf file?
It seems to work the same way as the RoG loaded onto a Windows computer.

The website hasn't changed, still states 2015, so I expect the latest rules will be available for Android soon.
Yes, I tried reloading the R&A Rules from the Android app store, and it still gives the 2012-2015 version of them!

The Android App for the new 2016 rules is now available, much better than the old one and the quiz is much better too with pictures for those that get bored easily.
