He's allowed to do it because he doesn't have vast deposits of oil. He doesn't kill his own people as openly as, say, Syria, although he does kill them and he is popular in Africa with other leaders as he's seen as the person who stands up against Britain and our Government.

It is disgusting what happens in Zimbabwe and the sooner Mugabe is removed the better although I cannot see that happening unless he gets whacked. The last thing we need to be doing is getting involved in anymore conflict were in 2 too many wars as it is. Agree with DFT though that he just dishes out the orders and his henchman do the dirty work
