I guess missing the cut and then chasing your expenses in a casino doesn't put you in the best of moods.

The Guy has a drink problem but he is facing no charges and was released after just 1 hour. In his first incident in Honolulu after a missed cut he was kidnapped and thrown from a moving car and his wallet was stolen. They caught the Criminal using Allenbys credit cards and he got 5 years for it.
He has his demons but drink is not helping him as it sounds like he was drunk and disorderly this time.
