Is anyone going to this?

I went last year and it was a decent event and even better getting to see Ms Creamer and Co.

Hopefully the weather will be better than last time i went though

Spent quite a bit of time at the tournament last year. Work is only 5 mins away from Lytham and I had a free ticket all week for doing marshalling Sat and Sun. Really enjoyed it, much lower crowds than the open so you can really get good view even on the tournament days. It's different, not the power of the mens game but still a great lesson to all us hackers in technique and consistency.

Been the last 4 years, my daughter loves it, bit of a drive but a young 14 year old from our club has qualified for it, so we are going to support her

I think the womens tour as got rough deal this year, but its
great to see world class players on these shores, for myself
it would be good to see any of our women win..come on girls.

Been to a few of these and they are great. Went to the Saturday round last year and only saw 3 missed fairways all day.

The power granted is not as per the men, but certainly more than a match for most blokes.

I' was surprised that the putting and shortgame did not seem to come up to scratch with the mens game overall.

I'll be going again this year for sure

Done it once and I wouldn't cross my street to watch them again.....a pale excuse compared to the male version with Mel Reid being the only plus point.

As SF says the womens short game is crap compared to the mens.

Despite the obvious 'talents' of Mel Reid, Paula Creamer, Natalie Gulbis and Michelle Wie, anything that involves Christina Kim should be avoided in my book!!!
