Rickie fowler

Another overrated American.

I'm not doubting his talent but I can't see him winning a major anytime soon.

Maybe i'm just getting old, but i do tend to think he does look a state. Silly hair, silly hat, top to toe in orange. I'm not Trinny and Susannah, but it never strikes me as a winning look. He can play though. Ian Poulter pulls off quirky and different, i can see his style.

Ricky Fowler... not so much

God player but a bit over rated. cant see him wearing his bright outfits and flat caps in 30 years time when hes playing senior golf.

no matter what you think of him he's good for the game and a lot of junior players have taken the game up because of rickie fowler and play a lot more because of him.

they like the look, they go fort he look themselves.it appeals to them, sometimes the old traditional look doesn't suit and appeal to everyone.

give the guy a break man, whether he's overrated or not is nothing to do with him as per usual it's the media that hype players up.he's doing what he loves best and to him he looks the part and thats all that matters.

most people that complain about his hair are probably grey, balding and old....sorry guys just the way i see it.

I like him, his style and the fact he's a driving range pro. He does it his way and he's fearless. Went up 1000% in most peoples radar with his showing at the Open

I'm grey and balding, also borderline middle aged.. I really liked Ricky Fowler. I wouldn't do the orange but it works for him. Any American that breaks the PGA mold is Ok with me.

I like his idiosyncratic swing, he can definitely play.

No one can say he won't/challenge in a major. He is one of a bunch that can do. I'd like to see him kick on and a healthy rivalry with Rory develop. I reckon it would be really good for golf.

hang on a mini m 54 and wear loud vibrant clothes mostly by sub70,i like to be co-ordinated and in my eyes smart on the course come on all you old duffers move with the times, throw away the grey slacks and cardy's join the revolution and put some fun back into the game

I'd give Fowler top marks for his clothing and dress style as it's good for the game especially the younger generation.

Ian Poulter also gets top marks for his fashion sense and dress.

Unfortunately John Daly just doesn't cut it, he hasn't got the style, looks, body, personality or youth to pull it off and the beached hair is simply an embarrasment. He'd look much better in Dunlop gear and should take a lesson for Darren Clarke or Earnie Els as to how middle aged golfers should dress.

If ricky fowler is a fashion icon in the states,he'll be wearing his shirt outside his trousers, and his cap back to front,he looks like a passenger en route to guantamano bay, obviously no mirrors in his home.
