How do people go about resisting the urge of new bats. For 3 years I've said the CBS wouldnt go and apart from a short flirt with a set of adams I stand by that statement, the only rule I set myself was no new irons until I hit single figures.

So, when I got to singles it's was a shock for me to say that they got me there so don't really see the point in changing until I'm a lot lower.... After all it's only 3 shots different between where I was and where I am now.

So all is trickery boo in the odd socks camp, the bag is settled apart from the 5 wood gap and all is gravy,.... Then out of no where I get an offer, a playing partner has a set of mp54's fitted with Kbs stiff (my suggested shaft).... Like new that can be had for a steel.....

Even though pre Sunday I was 100% set on my bag....now resisting these shiny shiny beauties and the knocked down rate is proving bloody hard work

Helps needed.

Some can, some can't.

The only bat I never really settled on was my 910H, now that's gone and I have an Adams tight lie in there I'm much more settled.

My vice has always been grips. Can't beat a fresh grip

I've noticed there's a few on here that seem to resist less than others... Constant bag changes but never say about it.

...fragger,,,,.,lmurg......... Pointing at you ;)

Happily I'm in the 'one look at the bank balance solves my problem' clan. If, however, you have the money for them then why don't you want to buy them? If you like them and you can afford it, what's the problem?

By the way, if you can answer that question then there's the answer you're looking for :D

buy them already. Worst case scenario you dont get on with them and sell them on at no loss whatsoever and realised that your current set are just fine.

Its a win, win
