Repairs to Waterproof Jackets

Does anyone know where I can get my Sunderland waterproof jacket repaired after I had an argument with a bramble?

The shop I bought it from has contacted Sunderland but they have been taken over by Glemiur and the impression they gave was that they aren’t interested and will not be offering this service.
