Hi all - new to the forum

Looking for some good golf books to get through the winter. Looking for recomendations on anything either technical or biography that you have read and found to be good

Cheers

Try john daleys auto cracking honest read.Welcome to the forum nice to have a north devon forummer.Im from ilfracombe originally,i live in taunton now.Played portmore many times but never saunton maybe one day.Enjoy the banter.

check out my post, harvey penick/bob rotella, its under this one on the index.a couple of people have also commented on the books, very good and loads of good pointers. i bought them off amazon, great value. think they were all under a fiver each.

Iv just finished "Dream On"....Very good read....One mans battle to play a scratch round in 12 months in between juggling work, practice, and family life...I found it a very entertaining read and one which most club golfers can relate to.....

Being a Reading fan i appreciate the Robin Friday picture !

I note that you are a member at Saunton. We have a party of 6 (two threeballs) booked in to play both courses 1 and 3rd March, playing RND on the tuesday. If you fancy making up a fourball let me know.

Golf my way by Jack Nicklaus despite being 40 years old is still one of the best golf books.Sure you could find on ebay.

Hi,
If it's instruction you're looking for one of the best I've ever read is Ernie Els's "How to Build a Classic Golf Swing". Also Harvey Penick's Little Red Book.
All the best! ;)
