As the subject says....

I'm after a new putter, I tend to favour a blade or half mallet design and for my swing style a toe weighted club.

Currently I have a Taylormade white smoke and I'm not sure if I've fallen out with it, or if it's fallen out with me, but we're just not getting along the same anymore.

It's sitting in my bag watching me type this so hopefully it'll start to behave, if not the relationship is over.

So, what's good out there?

If you go for the same style of putter will you not likely get the same result? Might be time for a space station, or something short or fat.. something different?!

Go to AG and try out what they have there. Far better than someone who doesnt know your game telling you what they use. That way you will be able to find out for yourself what works best, or indeed whether you do need another one.

Give the Mizuno TP102 a go. half/mid mallet forged head with a milled face.

I got one when switching from my Pinfire Eagle known fondly as the enterprise. I'm still making stupid mistakes with technique but find it much better with distance control than my spaceship for longer putts.

Try one from a different era.
I have a Ping B60 about 20 years old,an Odyssey White Hot with an insert 5 years old and my favourite which spends most time in my bag ,an Acushnet Bullseye centre shafted brass putter from 50 odd years ago.No insert, no sight lines,no is it toe or heeled weighted, just an amazing feel summer and winter and so easy to use out of the sweet spot.

Mizuno MP putters.

Very impressive and can only think more people don't use them as they aren't too widely available (at least in the shops round here....)

First putter I've had thats stopped me looking at others!!

+1. I've just switched to the t106 after getting one for £47 and the feel off the face is one of the best I've experienced.
Why isn't everyone using these!
