Yes. There could be a need to be not gender specific.

My club just call it the seniors, but Tain call their's the "TOFFs" tain over fifty fives" always has a nice ring to it.
Ours are known as the Sandpipers. Other local clubs have names such as Beckwatchers, Skylarks, or Fellmen for example. Usually named after something related or significant to the club.
My local walking group is the MOFFs.
One of my old club's seniors called themselves the Summer Winers

No discount at mine. Quite the opposite.
We pay same as all other members.
In fact it’s the young ones who get the discount.
No JF for under 30 yrs.
Sliding scale of fees until 30 yrs old.

Because they play in competitions with equivalent sections at other clubs.
Some do some don’t,
Some are there more than the club cat.
Just feel a 28 yr old millionaire paying only half what a working lad of 31 pays just dosnt sound right.
But the club are trying to get younger lads and women ( no JF no matter what age ) into golf.
So a line has to be somewhere.
We don’t have 5 day members just all full.
