Really pleased with my game today.

Had a quick 7 holes to day and things have improved hugely.

My driving was ok today, of the 4 fairways I hit 3, my irons were strong and to be honest it was just the fairway woods that were dodgy.

Best bit for me was that out of the 7, 3 were par 3's. On the 12th I was 12ft away from the tee, 16th was 10ft away and on the 18th, with a balcony full overlooking I fizzed a tee-shot that never left the pin to within 3ft and sunk the birdie putt.

I like days like this.

glad it went well, I played today as well, 9 holes and I was 7 over. I really wanted to continue but I didn't have the time. Glad your Driver is on form though I couldn't hit a barn door with mine at the moment, so have taken it out of my bag leaving me with a 5 wood as my longest club at the moment. Currently looking for a 3 wood though.

we foolishly went out at 8am and queued for 1 hour (!) before hitting off - amazingly we both hit down the middle. Regulars ahead of us scuffed it 20 yards!
Only had time for ten holes, but good practice.
