Really Nice Gesture

Let's get the obvious out the way first, I am an idiot. Was all prepared for a night out with my wife tomorrow to see the comedian Ed Byrne. Problem is that when we check the tickets it was last week and we have missed it. I tweeted my frustration and less than 5 minutes later Ed Byrne tweets back and says we can swap them for tickets for his show in Newark on Thursday.


Totally unnecessary as we messed up but such a nice thing to do. Wife and I are over the moon.

I too have adopted a semblance of stupidity... I booked tickets for We will rock you. Sorted hotel, and arranged to pick up friends for a gentle drive down from the northeast to London... eek!!!! Only went and booked tickets for the afternoon matinee instead of the evening show. Cue an early start and a rapid drive down!!

Nice gesture by Mr Byrne.
