Use the search function. There have been a few threads lately with tips on the best way. Mind you I got my 3 and 5 wood, 3 hybrid and 4-PW irons done with tow layers of tape, golf pride tour velvet, and including the labour of removing the old ones and the tape got it all done for £40 or £4 per grip. Pretty good value

I've just done a wedge in about 10mins with 2 layers of tape. Very easy to do.
When my current set needs doing again i will let the pro do it because at £40 for 10 clubs you cant buy the grips for that.
