RBZ Stage2 Driver (£99) New Years Day Only

Golf Depot again ?

Don't go near them.

Wouldn't trust them and would be very dubious about them

Surely no one will fall for this again!!!

Did anyone actually recieve the R1 with headcover and wrench for £99?

Good question,Did anyone actually recieve one ?
Don`t know how many people actually ordered an R1,but would be interesting to see the results,

I thought the dispatch dates were next week

.... can't the point in reducing the price if your not going to sell them, as if they just cancel your order then your unlikely to buy anything.

I know people have had their issues with GD, I have used them and had no problem.

I think the real deal here is the X-Hot for £99.99 that's a cracking deal for a great driver.

If you use a credit card and have issues with your order just take it up with the credit card company, after all they bought the items so they have a contract with you and they carry quite a lot of clout compared to you alone.

I'd be tempted by that offer, but from all that I've herd I'd rather buy else where for £30 more and know I was actually going to getting the driver and head cover etc. aswell as some actual customer service. It would be worth the £30 alone from the stories I've herd on here about GD.

Ref the R1's, I received a phone call from GD on Sunday asking for an additional payment of £14.99 as they had ran out of head covers and wrenches. The additional £14.99 was for them to supply a head cover. When I declined to authorise additional payment they told me that they could send the driver but without the head cover and wrench. They said that it would be despatched immediately by 24 hr delivery and if they got stock of the head cover they would possibly be able to send me one later.

I'm still waiting for the driver, which should have arrived today.

It'll be interesting to see if it arrives on Thursday, or if it arrives at all. If anybody orders a RBZ and then gets a phone stating DG have no covers or wrenches I'd be very interested in hearing about it.

If you were happy with an ex display one then Jamgolf have one with a 6.0 shaft in for £90

Id have told them to get it sent out with the wrench and headcover as per their advertisement rather than trying it on post sale (assuming id actually have bought from them), not to mention advising them of the adverse publicity they were going to receive. Hope im wrong but expect theres gonna be a few unhappy people on this thread in the next few days :(

surely if the ad stated with headcover and wrench its down to them to supply FOC! I would have asked for a 14.99 discount instead :)

cant believe a lot of sites that sell club only specially ebay ones, they obviously flog them seperately!

Fundy

They're now advertising the R1 on a New years day special at £129 with wrench and head cover???

Given they had no wrenches or head covers on Sunday when they phoned myself and 137 customers, advising that they'd have to pay an additional £14.99 for them to buy and supply the head cover but no wrench, they're treading on very dangerous grounds.

It'll be very interesting to see what happens to those who've ordered over the next few weeks.
