RBS in the clear WTF

So the RBS made a series of bad decisions, but……….but, these had not been the result of any "lack of integrity".
So, if an airline pilot does the same, or a captain of a ship…maybe a train driver, or how about a air traffic controller.
What a load of total $hite. Every one of us is paying for this, 84% owned by the government…that’s us……and the bank has declared half year profits of 1.1 billion.
What the feck is going on here.
