8 people for dinner tomorrow and the bloody oven packed up last night.............

Engineer called, supposed to be coming today, but will he have the part on board, can he fix it?

Off to the garage to get an extra BBQ gas - as the Turkey and roast tatties may have to be cooked out there...... otherwise it's sashimi and rice for lunch tomorrow.

Feel for you...reminds me of the clip from the Royle Family where they just ate packet soup!

We have the opposite problem.....2 ovens....2 turkeys and a gammon to cook, but probably no-one to eat them.....had to call the doc out this morning at 04:30....missus displaying all the symptoms of Swine Flu

He thinks it's just a really bad version of the "normal" flu going around as he just wants her to max out on Ibuprofen.

Got the sister-in-law flying in from Spain tonight and in-laws due tomorrow.....not sure how this is going to pan out....

Turkey leg anyone?
