I genuinely believe part of the problem is the tranny army's acceptance and support of mediocrity. Maybe if they dug their heels in and demanded more the players would pull their socks up and give them the team they seem to think they deserve.
Not that I'm that fussed tbh, no secret that I couldn't care less if they get pumped.

The buck stops with him on the pitch. I agree. However he has a limited nucleus to pick from and those playing in the SPL aren't exactly in a competitive game. How does the SFA get a better pool players coming through. That would seem to be the issue. He's done OK with what he has

He's definitely done ok with what he's got tbf.
He's a decent manager, no doubt about that in my mind......even if he did manage them.
