It appears the weather forecast was spot on and I'm finished the work I had to do this morning.

So it's on with the layers and off to the course - I'll be on the first tee of the fun, wee, Ashludie course in about twenty minutes, you're welcome to join me - should get a full 18 in - no need for waterproofs unless I hit in the long stuff. :fore:

Just the snow to look forward to now!
Cracking track though, played it a few times when I am up in the Paris of the north.

Ta folks - lovely afternoon - first nine was millionaires golf but there were a good few people coming out to play when I was on the back nine - almost exactly 2 hours for 18 holes, 84 blows including a four putt at the 7th and a 3 putt at the 16th - using hinge and hold has vastly improved my bunker play too.

I'd post some pictures but I don't want to rub in my good fortune any more

Hacked it down all day. Went to the range but had a shocking headache and not into the session so left early and watched Fulham! Try again tomorrow night although it might be a tad nippy looking at the forecast.

We were open and, as we were in a competition, off we went covered in goretex from head to toe! Am-Am-Am (!!) competition and we were scoring great plus I had a two. Heading to the 18th tee, all of us sodden and cold but in good spirits (thinking of a winning score) when the klaxon sounded - course closed due to flooded greens

House looks like a chinese laundry with waterproofs, gloves, hats, bags and clubs drying out.
