R burton Own model hand forged 4 iron blade - Who knows of this

For as long as i can remember i have owned this club.

The only info i have is whats on the back of the clubhead

4 Iron Hand forged R burton own model made in Scotland I have done a check thro google sadly nothing of relevance has surfaced only that of a Hickory club maker .. so I'd be grateful if anyone has any history or info regarding the name R Burton .

And it must be noted the clubface is Dimpled not Grooved
 
Maybe made to celebrate Richard (Dick) Burton, an English golfer who won the last Open before the war. The dimpled face would be about right for that era and advertising the club was made in Scotland would have been common then.

The value would need expert advice.
