Go on then, who else has had an email from the R&A advertising a job in their rules department? And who who thinks they might like to apply for it?
I had it today but my other half said that if I took the job, whilst living near the Kent coast, I might not be able to pop home for lunch!

I would apply if my English was better. Alas I have all the grammar and spelling ability of a room full of monkeys on typewriters. I'd turn up at the wrong place on my first day as well.
Bit that made me smile was that you don't need a good grasp of the rules but must be a quick learner (diary note - don't both emailing R&A for 6 months or so for any rules Qs while the newbie settles in and causes chaos for a bit!!)
