Mate of mine had the demo R11 from the pro in his bag when we played 9 holes yesterday so also had a go with it to compare it to my R9 Supertri .
First 2 drives R11 5 yards further, both balls on fairway.

Next 2 drives both same distance but R9 just off fairway and R11 on, probably operator error on my part :D

Felt good to swing but more than happy to stick with my R9, plus HID wont wear new driver for a wee while yet as R9 only 2 months old

Incidentally average 275 with R9

USD, Have to agree with you,Tried the r11 at a demo day,and although nice, could not justify changing from my Supertri either, the r11 seems a bit louder off the face as well, which is a bit strange, not normally like that with TM Woods !!!!..

I've struggled with my driving for some time now. After buying a fitted 910d2 which was not for me even with a fitting, I've settled with the R11. My driving is now as good as it ever was and I'm finding more fairways then I ever have so confidence is high again. I'm sticking with the R11 for the foreseeable, I'm happy with it.

im of the same opinion as drawboy. i went from the 09 burner which in my opinion is the easiest driver ive ever hit, the sweetspot seems to cover the complete face and generally the miss hits still go straight, now over to the R11 and now ive got the set up right, the thing is a weapon!

We played an inter club match yesturday and one of the guys in our group was off 6, playing with a Supertri. on average i was 25-30 yard ahead of him on every drive, he was not impressed.
