Ha ha this has started decent. In his opening gambit Barton compared voting UKIP with picking one out of a bad bunch of four ugly women. Boarder line sexist and actually sounds like a sound byte from a UKIP candidate. Quite funny though.

He even made Piers Morgan sound less of an arse .... well perhaps not!

Why do they have people like that on the show? He had nothing sensible to add to the discussion other than punctuate each sentence with "Obviously' Guess he really needs the money though.

Barton did get a good laugh from the audience though so he was not alone!

Perhaps a Jim Davidson style comic would be a better career choice.

Joey Barton clearly had not read the BBCs Handbook 'How to speak PC when on QT' - he used the word 'girl' when referring to the political parties - oh tut Joey
